Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes we do! Customer will have their items shipped within 8-25 days business days depending on your location.Please note we are not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on products entering the country.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

 

We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide.

 

 

How long does it take to process my order?

 

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfilment centers within 3 to 7 days.

 

How long does shipping take?

 

Shipping time varies as it depends on the shipping method you have selected whether its free shipping, standard shipping or express shipping. An average shipping time is 8-25 business days depending on your location. We do not ship on Weekends.

 

DELIVERY

 

 How do I track my order?

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Are all my items shipped together?

 

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfilment centers, sometimes your items may come with different packages.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

 

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 10 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement
