All orders are processed in 4 -7 business days. Please bear in mind that processing time does not include the additional time it will take to ship and deliver package. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Katysez is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged and lost. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Kindly note if the tracking number indicates that your package is delivered, we consider the package delivered. While we do whatever we reasonably can to help escalate the issue with the courier, we respectfully won't offer any resolution on our side.


Katysez is not responsible for delays experienced once the orders have been marked shipped and/or are in transit. Please note that there can be courier delays that are out of our control, and for instances where this is the case, we suggest you contact the carrier as we respectfully won't be able to offer any resolution from our side.



  1. You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if an item is right for you. Once 30 days as passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and accessories.
  1. All returns will be refunded through the same gateway you purchased through.
  1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  1. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  1. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  1. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  1. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
